

Submission Guidelines
ONLINE AND FREE
PRESENTATION FORMATS
All presentations will be 20 minutes in length, followed by 5 minutes for interaction and discussion. We invite proposals in the following formats:

Research-Focused Presentations: Empirical studies, design-based research, mixed-methods research, or theoretical analyses related to technology and language learning. (Zoom-based)

Pedagogy-Focused Presentations: Classroom-based practices, curriculum and task design, assessment, teacher education, and practical applications of TILT tools (Zoom-based)

Poster Presentations: Concise, visually supported presentations showcasing works in progress, pilot studies, innovative tools, or early-stage research. (Posters to be presented in low-immersion VR setting)
CONFERENCE FORMAT
ICOTILE will be conducted entirely online, using a combination of Zoom and a low-immersion virtual world designed to promote global participation while remaining accessible across bandwidth and hardware constraints.

Conference Publications
Following the conference, attendees will have the option to submit a manuscript for consideration (via peer review) for Conference Proceedings and may also be considered for a volume of Selected Papers.
